Have you ever surfaced after a dive only to find that you were not where you thought you were? During the long surface swim back to the boat you probably thought about taking PADI's Underwater Navigation course.
In the Open Water course we teach some basic navigational techniques. Those are refined a bit more in the Advanced Open Water course. The Underwater Navigation course takes it to a new level. With the techniques you'll learn in this course you'll feel totally confident in your ability to find your way around underwater. And no more surface swims! Unless you want the exercise.
Qdives' navigation course will teach you to master the planning and organization of a dive with attention to particular issues of underwater navigation. You'll learn to estimate distances, use natural navigation techniques, discern and interpret underwater features and patterns and expand your underwater compass navigation skills.
